The Proof

The work was done so well that they didn't need me anymore.

The websites were beating the targets they'd been told were ambitious. The ecommerce team was doing four times the work with fewer people. When something went wrong, they knew exactly what to do next. The products at the heart of the brand were finally visible to the customers who loved them most.

But the thing I was most proud of wasn't the revenue numbers or the team efficiency or even that leadership could point to the metrics.

It was that the digital business went from the most visible problem to the cleanest story.

That's what I'm building toward every time. Something that holds at the top.

So when I left, nothing broke. No calls. No questions. No cleanup.

That's the goal. Every time.
